Francis Drake Hall is located over three blocks and is conveniently situated in the middle of the vibrant University campus. The hall is only five minutes away from the city centre and seconds away from the Students Union, library and lecture theatres. 
It also benefits from having the popular campus cafe Drakes Kitchen right opposite, so if you fancy a break from cooking it is the ideal place. There are also other caf辿s close by, including the Reservoir Caf辿 with its lovely view and garden area.

There are two types of rooms available to book in Francis Drake: you can either book a standard en suite room or an en suite room within a three bedroom flat.
Number of flatmates: between three and ten students share a flat in Francis Drake Hall.

Standard en suite (288 rooms)

  • Cost: 贈199 per week. Total annual rent: 贈8,159 (for a 41-week licence).*
  • Floor size: approximately 12m族.
  • Bed size: single bed (can be 69 to 610 long) with under bed storage.
  • Facilities: shelving, wardrobe, desk, chair and notice board, en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).

En suite room within a three bedroom flat (21 rooms)

  • Cost: 贈208 per week. Total annual rent: 贈8,528 (for a 41-week licence).*
  • Floor size: approximately 12m族.
  • Bed size: single bed (can be 69 to 610 long) with under bed storage.
  • Facilities: shelving, wardrobe, desk, chair and notice board, en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).
